We are looking for an individual with the ambition to be the best in their market, who has high drive and shows a genuine attitude for winning and developing business within the company’s Manufacturing & Engineering practice. We welcome individuals who are brave and think “outside of the box”. This is an exciting time for recruiters with a vision; those who are looking for an environment where they are able to work independently, but still have the support of a team.
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for experienced consultants to continue the successful growth of the company by delivering the next phase of our strategy, developing relationships with our existing client base and forging new partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years’ experience in contract or interim recruitment market place, ideally within the Manufacturing or Engineering sectors. An existing relationship network would be a distinct advantage.
A proven track record of offering a first-class service to both clients and candidates is a necessity, as well as experience of working and communicating at a senior level and having a passion for your market.
Founded in 2003, Interim Partners has pioneered an industry and grown to be one of the leading global players within Interim Management. We have been voted in the top 3 of the IIM during the last 5 years and this year have 5 consultants named as the top providers in their markets.
Interim Partners help complex organisations manage change and transformation by introducing them to exceptional Interim Executives. Our interim executives lead change programmes, deliver turnarounds, provide functional or sector specific expertise and cover critical permanent positions.
