It’s nice to win awards (and each pat-on-the-back is gratefully received!), but our focus is always on doing a great job and delighting our clients and candidates.
We have invested heavily in our technology platforms, including ROI, our proprietary performance management system. We are continuously looking to improve how we operate to stay two steps ahead of the competition. In 2015, our Interim Partners website was recognised as the Best B2B Website by the EPiServer awards.
We actively seek and support entrepreneurial flair. Many of our colleagues have previously run their own businesses and all employees are encouraged to contribute their ideas for improving what we do. Our CEO Doug Baird was the finalist for EY Entrepreneur of the Year award (2012) and IoD Young Director of the Year (2011).
